(2) Trail to confirm the scope of a patent Right
- An interested party or a patentee can file a trial to confirm the scope of a patent right.
(3) Trial against ruling of refusal or revocation
- If applicant have got a decision of rejection or revocation, he can file an appeal within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the decision.
(4) Trail against decision to reject amendment
- If applicant have got an rejection of his amendments, he can file an appeal within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the rejection.
(5) Trial for Correction
- A patentee can file a trial for correction to specification or drawings, if he has a proper reason, for example clarification of the ambiguous description.
